Hi members of Deltaserat,

Friday 11 may and saterday 12 may there is NO TRAINING. No regular, no women hour and no course training for this days.
We have a MMA event in Germany. Next week monday the normal trainings begin again.

We love MMA event in Berlin

Deltaserat victorius again!

December 17th the We love MMA event took place in Berlin. Of course Deltaserat went there, this time represented by Rolf and Jessy. Both did a great job!

These are the results:

Rolf Stoit, tap out by g-choke after 1:46min, first round (third fastest submission of the evening)

Jessy Schwarz, tap out by sleeper hold after 1:13min, first round (second fastest submission of the evening).

NSK 2010

On the 22nd of May, our fighters went to Rotterdam to compete in the Dutch student kickbox championship.

All of them dominated and were crowned champion of their weight class, bringing home all the trophies the NSK had to offer. A first time this happened in the 3 year existence of the NSK.
